My favorite melaleuca products

I would like to just share some of my favorite melaleuca products with anyone who is interested in becoming a member. These products are made from the melaleuca tree oil which is a natural antiseptics and antibiotics. Why have you never heard of them? They rely on word of mouth advertising which has been proven to be very profitable. Over 1 billion in sales last year! They are not spending millions of dollars on advertising to large advertising companies.  This way, the savings can be passed on to the customers which are also able to sell memberships and create a home based business for themselves.  I have been a member since 2008 and I absolutely love most of their products because they are very effective and environmentally friendly. These are the ones I can not live without! When I forget to order them and have to run to the store and get store products, I am not happy! I wish everyone would use Melaeuca and we would all have a much friendlier earth.

Lemon Brite - This dishwashing liquid (like all melaleuca products) come concentrated to help reduce packaging.  I really enjoy this product because it cleans the dishes so thoroughly and does not have those harsh chemicals that dry out your hands.  The smell is quite lovely as well.

Diamond Brite - Diamond Brite is the automatic dishwasher detergent.  It has left my dishes so clean and without the toxic fumes that other store products use.  No cloudiness ever in my dishes and no foul odors.  I have tried others and just like you see in their label, thats how clear the dishes come out of the dishwasher.

Melapower (Island Breeze)-  This one is my favorite scent!  I love this product because I do loads and loads of laundry (we are a family of 6) and all it takes is a small 2 ozs. of product to clean a whole load!  It leaves my clothes so bright and clean.  There are other scents as well such as mountain fresh and scent free, but I really love this one.

Affinia Shampoo - This is my favorite shampoo that melaleuca offers because it has a very nice smell and leaves my hair so clean and shiny.  All it takes is a small amount, because it is so concentrated it lasts me much longer than the store shampoos.

TOUGH and TENDER - This product is a must have in our household.  We use it everyday to clean all surfaces and its' name is very appropiate.  This product is so tender but at the same time very tough.  One time our BBQ was full of stuck on grease. I mean stuck on like two weeks ago from hamburgers and steaks.  We squirted the grills down with this and the grease literally melted off.  We were so surprised because we did not have to use any caustic products to take the grease off. It does NOT have any toxic fumes or chemicals that choke you when you are using them. It cleans so effectively and the smell is wonderful! It has a biodegradable formula,  cleans up dirt and grime, contains no harsh chemicals or abrasives and is concentrated to save money and reduce plastic waste

Pineapple-Mango Body Bar - This soap is refreshing and leaves your skin silky smooth and it makes you feel like you are bathing in a tropical drink.  When you get out of the shower your skin does not feel dry or itchy and you smell great, too!  Other soaps are the pink grapefruit, gold bar, platinum bar, oatmeal bar, and Alloy which is like a masculine type bath bar.

If you would like to try out Melaleuca, you must become a member.  Please contact me at jacquelinsaldana@att.net and I will be happy to mail you a membership application. TIPS ON HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL WITH YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS

1. Building a List - What is a list? An audience if you will.  It is a list of targeted or converted leads that are interested in what you are promoting.  Your list will receive all your emails going out.  Be kind to your list and dont just send them: Buy, Buy, Buy!!!  Send them valuable tips to help promote their business, interesting facts, how-to instructions such as how to post ads, how to set up an auto-responder, etc.  Also, always give thanks to your list because they can be on anyones and choose to be on your list. Just like people have the choice of shopping at any store but choose going to certain stores because they are treated well where they go.  When you offer your help, people will follow and appreciate you, so appreciate back!
2. An autoresponder - What is an autoresponder? An autoresponder gives your prospects an automated response everytime they opt in to your capture page and gives them information about your online business.  It also thanks them for their interest in your business and offers help in the sign up process and often can clear up any doubts or questions.  This allows you to run your business on autopilot and helps you "be there" when you can not "be there" to answer questions.  This is what is going to put your business on auto-pilot and helps you build a relationship with your leads.  These messages are pre-programmed into your auto-responder so everyone that opts-in will receive the same message over and over again. Its like you being there 24 hours a day! Be sure that you provide an opt-out link in your emails because they last thing you want to be accused of is spamming people.
3.Capture pages and landing pages - What are capture pages and landing pages?  Capture pages and landing pages are attractive pages that your prospects will be led to when they type in the domain you provide for your business.  These are very useful because it provides a snapshot at what your program is about and draws a prospects attention to what you are promoting.  Why are these useful?  They are essential to begin building your list and becoming successful in your online business.  They usually contain an attractive background and a place where your leads must place their name, email and phone number so you can contact your leads and follow up with them.  Once a lead places there information, they will go to a video that will provide more knowledge about your program and begin captivating your viewers and ultimately, converting them into sales. You can purchase programs to make your own or some online businesses provide them for you with their membership.
You can click here to see an example capture page that I use for my Motor Club of America business.  The great thing about this marketing system is that the autoresponder is included in the membership, so I do not have the additional expense of an outside autoresponder system.
4. Article Writing - Writing articles is by far the best form of traffic you will get for your online business.  Mr. Paul Birdsall, internet millionaire, says that 80% of your traffic will come from publishing online articles.  The reason being is that online magazines only choose high quality articles to be part of their ezine and when you do an online search for whatever program you are involved in, it will get ranking in the major search engines and provide valuable, content rich information to people who are seeking information about any topic.  Don't forget to include your call to action at the bottom of your article to drive traffic to your website.  What is a call to action?  This is what compels people to take action and join your program!! This is where you will include your website of where you want people to go to, to learn more about what you are promoting. Dont like to write? There are many ghost writers on the internet that are eager to write these articles for you.  For a small fee, you will get a lifetime of traffic to your site, which can leads to many, many sales even without you being there! How beautiful is that? I highly recommend Mr. Charlie Page.  He has a very successful Ezine and can learn more about his services at www.charliepage.com.

Your First Sale by Wendy McCormick

So you've decided that you want to be a salesperson. Sales can be a pretty intimidating career choice -- after all, your job is to convince people, day after day -- but it's also incredibly rewarding. You'll have the experience of helping your prospects find exactly what they need to improve their businesses and their lives. And of course, you pocket a nice commission for doing so. But before you step into that role and start talking to prospects, you should make a few preparations to ensure your transition into sales is as pleasant as possible.

Get to Know Your Co-Workers

As a newcomer to the business, there's a lot you can learn from your fellow salespeople. Get to know the people on your sales team, especially the star salespeople who exceed their quotas every month. Take your team's highest-producing salesperson out to lunch or to the nearest coffee shop and pump her for information. Odds are she'll be flattered by the attention (and the free food) and will be happy to give you a few tips. If possible, ask her for permission to spend an hour listening to her phone calls or to go along on her next appointment or two. Then take lots and lots of notes. After the appointment, ask her why she said or did this or that and absorb all that hard-earned wisdom. Observing a powerful sales presentation can teach you things you just can't learn in a classroom.

Get to Know Your Products

You can't sell effectively if you don't know anything about the products and services you're selling. If your company has a customer service department, ask them to tell you what they know about your company's products and services. Once you're familiar with the basic features, make a list of possible benefit phrases for each. Remember, features are the facts about your products; benefits are how the features affect the customer. Prestigious, saves time, secure, saves money, convenient, and easy to use are a few examples of the benefits your products might provide. Work these benefits phrases into sentences, like "This satellite TV package saves you money by giving you the most prestigious sports channels at a discount."

Get to Know Your Goals

Each industry and each company within an industry tends to set different rules for its salespeople. Sales teams tend to develop their own custom sales approaches. Your sales goals can range from completely unstructured ("Sell as much as you can of any of our products.") to tightly structured with specific quotas and activity requirements ("Every Tuesday morning you must cold call from this lead list until you get three appointments."). If you don't understand the rules of the game, you can't expect to succeed. Bring any questions that arise to your sales manager for assistance, sooner rather than later.

Get to Know Your Resources

Most companies provide their sales teams with various resources to help them sell effectively. These resources can range from marketing materials such as brochures, to promotions and special offers, to lead lists of all kinds. Your sales manager is probably the best source of information for such materials, but you'll also need to be proactive because marketing collateral tends to change frequently and without warning. Having a friend inside the marketing department can be a big help as he can let you know right away about new programs and updated documents.

Get to Know Your Positive Side

You need to prepare yourself for the toughest part of the job: rejection. For most salespeople, the vast majority of their cold calls and appointments will not end in a sale. You must remember that if a prospect turns you down, he is not rejecting YOU. He's rejecting your offer because it doesn't interest him at the moment that you call. When a prospect turns you down, it might even have nothing to do with you or your pitch. He might be busy at the moment or just having a bad day. If you call back in two weeks and try again, that same person could be eager to buy. This experience is why self-confidence is so important to sales. If you have an unfortunate encounter with a cranky or downright hostile prospect, you'll learn to just shrug and move on to the next one.

What is residual income?

Residual income is the ability to earn money from the sales of your past efforts. What this means is that when make sales, you are still generating income from your past efforts.  This is very common in direct sales such as Motor Club of America. When you recruit someone on your team and that person begins to make sales, you will gain $6.00 for every sale that person generates.  It may not seem like a lot but this type of income slowly builds up and is something that you can get for the rest of your life. Think of it this way, Lets say you are an accountant or a lawyer, lets say you prepare someones taxes and you get paid for doing it.  Well, if an accountants' salary had residual income, they would continue getting paid over and over again without every preparing anymore taxes for anyone else. Lets say a lawyer won a case in court, if the lawyer had residual income, he would continue to get paid for cases that are won even if he or she not there. Positioning yourself to make this kind of income is the absolute best way you can position yourself to financial freedom. You have guaranteed income for the rest of your life without ever having to report to a boss or office again! This income will be there no matter what, you can transfer it to your family and children and know that they will always have that money there for them. You would have the freedom to go on vacation, go to your kids school events, or have money for whatever life throws at you.

Life is too short to continue sitting behind a desk from 9-5.  To report to a boss. To have to take time "off". To not spend it with your family.

The possibilites of changing your life is in your hands. If you do nothing, nothing will happen. If you do something, something might happen. Getting on board with a low cost opportunity to set you up for a lifetime of endless possibilities is living life to the fullest.
